The L’EmD Seasonal Collection is a rotating expression of the chocolatier’s curiosity - small-batch confections inspired by the ingredients, moods, and traditions of the season. Each release creates space for rare ingredients, global influences, unexpected flavor pairings, and layered compositions that extend beyond the permanent collections.

Every edition is curated as a cohesive experience rather than a fixed assortment. Flavors, formats, and presentation may evolve throughout the year, allowing each collection to have a character of its own while remaining grounded in precise technique and European-inspired craftsmanship.

Seasonal collections are handcrafted in limited quantities and offered for a limited time. New releases and preorder dates will be announced through Notes from the Atelier.
