Jewel Atelier brings together concentrated fruit, fine chocolate, and a supporting layer of ganache in vivid, layered bonbons. Each piece places a fruit-dominant pâte de fruit core inside a carefully tempered chocolate shell, creating a delicate snap and a beautifully balanced finish.

With fruit comprising approximately sixty percent of the filling, bright acidity remains at the center of each expression while the ganache adds softness, depth, and balance.
